As a result of our growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager - Roofing. If you share a passion for working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth company committed to excellent customer service and satisfaction, then we're interested in talking to you. We are a licensed roofing company and general contractor in IL, MO, MI, WI, KS, CO, and TX. We are a member of the NRCA and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Candidates should embrace quality customer care and be sharp, mature, down to earth, fun, good communicators, high energy, have a ‘sense of urgency’, and excitement and understanding of construction culture. Applicants with a construction background are preferred!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple turn-key projects, from permit submission through final close-out.
• Ensure a quality client experience based on consistent, clear communication and setting and meeting clear expectations. This job is very client-facing.
• Powerful leadership, organization, management, and scheduling skills.
• Manage the scope, schedule, and budget through finish and close out on multiple projects.
• Manage sub-contractors as well as internal construction and design resources.
• Negotiating with sub-contractors, defining scopes of work, and handling terms and conditions.
• Provide consistent reporting on critical paths of each job as well as budget and schedule status.
• Ensuring completion of all required inspections.
• Enforcing Advocate Roofing policies of behavior, performance, and safety on sites.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of previous industry experience
• Must have knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Must have proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours when required
